Poly Water Max (Water Proofing Admixture)
Usefulness
- Protect concrete from segregation created through over vibration.
- Play effective role to prevent water.
- Increase concrete strength and workability.
- Financially conserve as usage limit is very low.
- It is non flammable, eco friendly and not harmful on human outside organs.
Usable Locations
Basement floor and wall, underground and roof top water tank, roof casting, damp proofing work, mortar, swimming pool, various renovation work, ETP, WTP etc.
Usage Limit

Plasto Concrete Max (Plasticizing Admixture)
Usefulness
- Reduce water-cement ratio in concrete.
- Increase concrete workability and strength and also increase concrete longevity.
- Protect concrete from segregation created by high vibration.
- Act as water proofer.
- Do partial auto curing work.
Usable Locations
Piling, bridge, culvert, basement floor and wall, water tank, column, beam, roof etc.
Usage Limit

Poly Sealer Max (Liquid Felt and Bonding agent)
Usefulness
Poly Sealer Max is liquid admixture which can be used on top surface of bricks and concrete. Using this admixture, minute pores on concrete and brick top surface has felt fully which may give very good result as damp proofer. Poly Sealer Max helps a structure from damp. It also works as bonding agent in between old a new concrete work as well as also in plaster work.
Usable Locations
Basement, floor treatment, garden treatment, DPC, joint between old and new concrete work.
Heat Guard Max (Heat and Damp Resisting Terracing)
Usefulness
- Works as heat insulator which may results to create barrier to become top roof not heated.
- Works as damp proofer.
Usable Locations
Heat Guard Max can be used in **roof concrete and top floor C.C casting**.
Usage Limit
500 m.l. Heat Guard Max can use in per bag cement.
Insect Annihilate Max (Insect Resisting Chemical)
Usefulness
Insect Annihilate Max play effective role to annihilate insects in the structure.

Can be used in **new structures, homes, offices, factories** etc.
Powder Max (Cracks and Pores Repairing Powder)
Usefulness
Can use to **repair leakage, pores, holes, cracks** etc.

Can be used in **basement, water tank, roof, concrete wall** etc.
Saline Guard Max (Saline/Salty Protective Admixture)
Usefulness
- Works as saline and damp proofer.
- Works as water proofer.
- Protect concrete from harmful chemical presence in stone, bricks, sand and as well as also from carbon mono-oxide, carbon-di-oxide & sulfur-di-oxide presence in air and also from acid rain. It increases structure longevity.
Usable Locations
Mortar, **Sea shore concrete structure, foundation of bridge, concrete structures in sea water tank, cement grout** etc.
Usage Limit
**Saline Guard Max** - 2 liter water + 1 kg cement.
